Each rental property is located within 1-2 miles of TCNJ's campus. Each house has been adapted to maximize facilities and living space to provide a pleasant shared residential experience.
For $500/month (plus utilities), each student has a private bedroom, shares a bathroom with no more than two others, and has full use of all common areas.
